Kiley grew up in east Texas, and graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2007, where she met her late husband, Capt Jake “Red Stripe” Frederick. On December 8, 2016, while deployed overseas with VMFA-115, Jake made the ultimate sacrifice flying a mission off the coast of Japan. The Wingman Foundation was one of the first calls Kiley received in the moments after Jake’s death. As a result, Kiley joined TWF as the Head of Marketing and Communications to use her background in corporate communication to make a difference. She has extensive experience working with and managing a variety of client accounts in her career. As a Gold Star Wife, a mom to two, and now a Gold Star Advisor for TWF, Kiley lends her time, talents, and firsthand knowledge to further donor relations, raise awareness, and reach out to families of the fallen to ensure a wingman is never left behind. Kiley is also a part of the TWF Mishap Response Team.
