Marine Aviation Memorial Placement Ceremony

On Friday, May 17, 2019, the Veterans Memorial Park Foundation of Pensacola will host the Marine Aviation Memorial Placement Ceremony for over 181 fallen Marines and Sailors of Marine Aviation from 2001 to 2018. During the ceremony, more than 150 inscribed granite bricks will be placed on the base plate underneath the Marine Aviation Memorial Bell Tower. Come join us and be part of the memorial event.

Coastal Carolina Memorial 5k & Kids Fun Run

The Coastal Carolina Memorial 5k is the first major event in the Carolinas to raise awareness for The Wingman Foundation. This year’s event is inspired by the memory of SSgt T.J. Dudley, and will support the Gold Star families that have lost loved ones to Navy and Marine Corps Aviation mishaps.

Join us as we hike 46.3 miles from the HMH-463 Memorial, Hale’iwa Beach Park to Marine Corps Base, Hawaii to honor Maj Shawn Campbell, Capt Brian Kennedy, Capt Kevin Roche, Capt Steven Torbert, Sgt Adam Schoeller, Sgt Dillon Semolina, Sgt Jeffrey Sempler, Sgt William Turner, Cpl Matthew Drown, Cpl Thomas Jardas, Cpl Christopher Orlando, and Lcpl Ty Hart, who lost their lives in the 14 Jan 2016 mishap off the coast of Hawaii.
